The undulating terrain stretches 2.5 km long and 800 m wide. The Avenida 25 de Abril crosses the site, giving direct access to the lighthouse of Cabo Espichel.

Accessed by the main road, the organic farm will be spread over 50 hectares and divided among several islets. The rich land never has and never will undergo deterioration through the use of fertilizers.

The eco-hotel project will be located north of the site at the boundary of the agricultural area and the ecological reserve. The location will have a beautiful panorama overlooking the land, the sea and the lighthouse of Cabo Espichel, with the sun setting behind the ocean. The site is surrounded by a beautiful road along the seaside of Meco, which allows you to get to Penodo’s beach within a few minutes by bike.

In the south, we will develop the ecological and touristic village part affiliated to the experiences and the organic farm, so that the site will enjoy the agricultural lands on one hand and the valley of the park of Arrábida on the other. Via hiking trails, you can reach the Baleeira beach.
