I practice yoga and meditation for 20 years, after having traveled a lot I was trained in France by the school Ik Saran Dhian. Today I teach Yoga Kundalini according to Yogi Bhajan. It is an experience that has touched me because beyond the physical dimension, spirituality is very present.

Kundalini energy is the conscious and creative energy of everyone, coiled at the base of the spine, all our work consists in awakening this energy and allowing it to rise and inhabit the body to be more present to oneself.
Thanks to the kundalini yoga one has the advantage of having fast results. Some courses make you feel exalted, you feel more energy, more self-confidence. It is a way to regenerate oneself mentally, develop inner wisdom, free ourselves from our fears, limiting beliefs and old patterns to open our heart and our neutral mind to a stable and capable self.
