Yoga
As a way to release tensions and escape the stress of our daily lives, yoga has attracted millions of followers around the world. It has a direct impact on the mind and body. Yoga is a second-breath. Yoga experience often appears as a revelation. There is no question of acrobatic postures that require years of practice or of showing-off. On the other hand, yoga is a practice with delicate movements and relaxing breaks that make it possible to withdraw from everyday life.
Team
The majority of our behaviors are not spontaneous but repetitions of ancient patterns, maintained by the subconscious, which do not serve us. Many meditations in Yoga cleanse the subconscious mind in order to liberate our spontaneity.
Every session at Etosoto, organized by a confirmed professional, helps to correct the distortions of the body by a natural, simple and non-invasive approach, encouraging the body to place its centre of gravity in its original place. Instructors will teach you the techniques allowing muscles to relax and gradually regain their elasticity. Accumulated toxins are released, while the bones and organs gradually resume their place.
